Dough №1
 
Margarine, 150 gr;
 
150 grams sugar;
 
Egg 3 pieces;
 
Flour-century 2.5-3 (depending on flour);
 
Cocoa - 50 gr;
 
baking dough-1 tablespoon;
 
 
 
Dough №2
 
Cheese (preferably home) -500 gr;
 
Sour cream 30% (preferably home) -300 ml;
 
5 Eggs ;
 
Sugar, 150 gr;
 
Tvoropysh - 2 packs or 4 tablespoon of farina;
 
Cherries -500 gr;
 
Kissel cherry-1 pack (90gr);
 
Chocolate-50gr;
 
 
METHOD OF COOKING:
 
Prepare the dough №1: Margarine rubbed on a grater, egg knock down with sugar, add the flour and baking powder and cocoa. Knead. 1 \ 3 cut dough and put in the fridge. The rest of the dough put in shape and form bumpers. Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Then the dough should be cool but not removing from the mold.
 
Prepare the dough №2. Cottage cheese mix with sour cream and beat a paste in a blender. Egg knock down with sugar and mix with sour cream and cheese. Add tvoropysh or farina. Cherry thawed, the juice drain. Mix with cherry jelly. Take the form of dough. Rub chocolate on the dough, pour cherry on cherry №2 pour the dough and top with rub dough №1 refrigerator. Bake 50 minutes at 160 * .  Preferably ready  plyatsok leave in the oven to cool.
